Emancipati Inc. is the company in the group that builds things. The Wilmington model came out of a US Defense research program, wound down after the Lucerne Accord and taken over with its whole team.
It is the fastest of the six and the one that always answers first. Besides the service, Emancipati designs and manufactures Alleanza Continuity: the assembly and testing plant is in Agognate, near Novara, Italy, open for a few months.
